We demand:

~That any individual’'s health and sexual decisions should be their own.

~The complete capacity for self-autonomy and self-determination regardless of age, disability, financial status, or legal guardianship

~The decriminalization of sex work

~That nobody should make decisions regarding the health- reproductive or otherwise, of someone else’s body

~Should someone need or want the resources to obtain an abortion, plan for a family, or seek medical care it is their decision to make and those resources should be easily and readily accesible.

As a diverse group of disabled, queer, fat and addicts, we’ve adopted a Disability Justice framework that understands that:

~All bodies are unique and essential.

~All bodies have strengths and needs that must be met.

~We are powerful- not despite the complexities of our bodies, but because of them.

~All bodies are confined by ability, race, gender, sexuality, class, nation state, religion, and more, and we cannot separate them.

Mutual Aid cannot happen without political education. Without collective learning and grounding, we would only be providing charity for community members, a model that can be harmful and unsustainable. Our goal is to engage in active growth as individuals, as an organization, and as a collective community. We are not interested in engaging in any mutual aid that does not consider the frameworks of Disability and Reproductive Justice, abolition, and black queer feminism that we adhere to.
